Electronic Banking Specialist Jobs in Pennsylvania

An Electronic Banking Specialist is responsible for providing support, maintenance and troubleshooting services for electronic banking systems. For this position, a Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or a related field is often required. Proficiency in computer systems and banking software is also necessary. Some employers may prefer candidates with a Certified Electronic Banking Specialist (CEBS) certification. Knowledge of banking regulations and laws, data analysis skills, and strong problem-solving abilities are also essential. Prior to becoming an Electronic Banking Specialist, a person might have roles such as a Bank Teller, Customer Service Representative, or Electronic Banking Coordinator. These positions provide the necessary background and experience in banking operations and customer service.
