Branch Manager Jobs in Texas

A Branch Manager in the banking industry is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing staff, overseeing customer service, developing business relationships with customers, and meeting branch and individual targets. In terms of certifications, a degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is usually required. Additionally, certifications such as Certified Bank Compliance Officer (CBCO) or Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA) can be advantageous. Prior to becoming a Branch Manager, a person may have roles such as a Loan Officer, Financial Analyst, or Assistant Branch Manager.
