Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Salary: $95k-115k

Job Description : Join a purpose-driven company where finance meets innovation. In this high-impact role, youll handle budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling, and monthly reporting while shaping scalable processes and dashboards. You'll work closely with senior leadership and be part of a collaborative, tight-knit finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial analysis
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and compile board-level presentations
• Support monthly financial reviews and variance analysis
• Own cash flow forecasting and analysis, particularly for Firewire
• Lead FP&A efforts around data integration, template building, and chart of accounts mapping
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility and decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evolving business needs
• Work in Excel and DataRails for financial modeling and consolidation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• 35+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in a dynamic or high-growth environment
• Strong cash flow modeling and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools (DataRails experience a plus)
• Retail experience is a plus
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
