Construction Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of commercial and/or residential construction projects from pre-construction to completion. Youll be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of construction operations and project management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish

Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans

Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with project specifications

Review drawings, permits, and contracts to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals

Monitor site safety and compliance with OSHA and local regulations

Track project progress, adjust schedules as needed, and proactively resolve issues

Conduct regular site visits and meetings with clients, architects, and engineers

Prepare and deliver regular reports on project status, costs, and timelines

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, Superintendent, or similar role

Proven track record managing construction projects on time and within budget

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project scheduling

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Buildertrend)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Preferred:

OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training

PMP or similar project management certification

Experience in commercial, residential, or government construction projects
